Belle Meade Cake Design specializes in providing custom confectionery couture for Nashville's discriminating brides. We will help you design the wedding cake, groom's cake and guest favors to complement and enhance your personal wedding style. 

Custom Designs
Belle Meade Cake Design uses the latest in Cake Design software which allows the bride to easily and quickly view and edit full color, 3-D designs (See example on right). We encourage you to browse bridal magazines and wedding web sites to get ideas of designs you like - as well as those you don't.  At your consultation, we will discuss the overall theme and feel of your wedding. Whether you have planned a wedding that is classic, simply elegant, romantic or whimsical, we will create a design that is as unique as your special day.

Pricing
All cakes start at $4.00 per serving and may increase depending on complexity of design. There is a $200 minimum for all custom designs. Prices include delivery and set-up within the Nashville area. We require a non-refundable 50% deposit in order to reserve your date. Final payment is due no later than 10 days prior to your wedding date.

Flavors and Fillings
Traditional white cake with buttercream filling is our most common request. However, we can create a beautiful design with any flavor or filling you desire.

Cake Support System
The support system is usually not something the Bride thinks about when selecting a cake designer. However, this component is critical to the stability and overall outward appearance of your cake. Belle Meade Cake Design uses the highest quality cake support system available.  The Stress Free Cake Supports  consist of stainless steel discs with threaded bolts welded on the discs.  Delrin legs are threaded onto the bolts forming a solid support to use to support your wedding cake design. No straws or wooden dowels! This system is expensive to replace, therefore, we require a $75 deposit that is fully refundable upon return of the parts.  In most cases, we will make arrangements with the reception site or caterers to pick up these items after your reception.
